New beautiful villa Mirjana is newly built and opened for rent in May 2017. With 220 m² it is ideal for up to 12 guests.
The ground floor has a large kitchen and dining room, spacious living room, bedroom1 (double bed, bathroom with tub).
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms of which 3 bedrooms with bathrooms (bathroom with bathtub), 2 terraces (direct exit from the bedroom).
The large private 9x4m swimming pool is completely exclusive to guests. There is also a garden with a large covered summer kitchen with a fireplace and a large seating table. Here you can prepare delicious meals by the pool and enjoy them at the dining table nearby. Guests can enjoy views of the pool from the other covered patio with garden furniture. There is an enclosed private car park for 3 cars, with the possibility of parking an additional 2 cars outside the Villa. The villa has WI-FI and air-conditioned space.
The total property (1000 m²) is surrounded by a beautifully fenced garden for complete privacy and maximum relaxation.
A beautiful pebble beach is 10 km away. A grocery shop is 300 m away, and a restaurant is 3 km away.
Near Orbanic is the village of Glavani, famous for its adrenaline park.
