Private pool 8x4m is exclusively for guests. There is also a garden with a large and accommodating summer kitchen with a fireplace and a large seating table. As well, a darts board and table football to play and enjoy in your free time together.

This entire plot (530 m²) is located in one of absolute privacy. There are 4 bikes available (2 adults, 2 children). There is also private parking for 2 cars. The deposit is in the amount of 500 EUR, which will be returned to the guests at check-out, if everything is in order with the property. Pets are welcome, with prior notice and additional charge.

The villa is located on the east coast in a place called Kavran near Marčana. A beautiful beach is 2 km away. A supermarket is about 2 km away and a restaurant is 3 km away. The villa is 19 km from Pula and 14 km from Pula Airport.
