The interior of this renovated and modernly decorated villa consists of a living room that is connected with the open concept of decoration with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the cozy house has 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds and one bathroom with shower. The outdoor terrace is covered and has a barbecue. Relax and enjoy your time in the colorful exterior of a summer home. A washing machine is available for guests as well as a dishwasher. The room is air conditioned, has satellite TV and WI-FI, sofa bed to accommodate 2 more people. 3 parking spaces are provided. Pets are allowed upon prior consultation with the owner, and a surcharge of EUR 10 per night. The deposit is 100 EUR.
