The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, comfortable lounge with fireplace and bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two double rooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower and two more double rooms with shared bathroom. The combination of contemporary furniture and traditional details gives this villa a very warm and rustic atmosphere.
The outdoor space reflects the traditional style of the Istrian peninsula, a stone table and a bench that provide shade really stand out, as does the private pool. Enjoy the privacy and tradition embedded in the modernity of this villa. The whole property has WI-FI, is air-conditioned and has private parking. The security deposit is 400 € which will be refunded to the guests if everything goes well at check-out.
