In the middle of olives and orchards, this place will enchant you.The house offers a first class and luxurious holiday experience and is furnished with love and care. The house is on two levels. The ground floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining and kitchen area as well as laundry. Upstairs, with private entrance, are 2 further bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining area, + 1 large roof terrace with a sun lounger bed.

Grill house has its own beer tapping system and we would be happy to include a domestic beer barrel. The house surrounded by 7 terraces with seating, so you can also retreat.

The Villa is not suitable for groups of people that are younger than 25 years. It is only 2 km from the pebble beach and 3 km from the center of Fažana. The shops, banks, post office, restaurants etc. are also located in the nearby fishing village, Fažana, (about 5 minutes by car).

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location to spend your family holiday, you found it. Fažana is one of the pearls on the west coast of the largest Croatian peninsula - Istria.
