Situated in the charming small place of Peroj, this holiday home is the perfect place to enjoy a vacation outside the city that offers you privacy and peace. The ground floor is dominated by air-conditioned living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with one balcony and a bathroom. The whole facility is stylish, spacious, air-conditioned and very comfortable. Relax in the large outdoor garden with barbecue and private pool with beautiful views of the greenery surrounding the pool. This cozy holiday home has WI-FI, Sat TV, and private parking is provided. 1 pet is welcome, with prior notice and agreement with the owners. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full during check out as long as there is no damage to the property.
